1. Introduction & Brand Agreement

Welcome to Jani's Perfume (operated at janisshop.vercel.app). By browsing our catalog or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We take immense pride in crafting authentic, high-concentration Eau de Parfum (EDP) formulations and upholds our foundational principle: “Honesty is the Best Policy”.

2. Fragrance Quality & Product Authenticity

All fragrances sold by Jani's Perfume are handcrafted using 100% Pure French & Arabic Concentrated Oils, engineered to provide an 8+ Hours Projection & Lasting Guarantee. Product photos accurately represent our luxury flacons and packaging.

3. Pricing & Payment Methods

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs.) inclusive of standard packaging. We offer two convenient payment channels:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay cash in hand directly to the courier rider upon delivery.
• Direct Bank Transfer / Online Payment: Pay securely via Bank Transfer (Meezan Bank), JazzCash, or EasyPaisa. Orders are processed swiftly upon WhatsApp payment receipt verification.

4. Shipping Policy & Delivery Timeframes

We provide prompt nationwide courier dispatch across Pakistan (2-4 working days):

• Free Delivery: Applied automatically on all orders containing 3 or more perfumes (Buy Any 3 Perfumes = FREE Delivery).
• Standard Delivery: Fixed flat rate of Rs. 250 across all cities and provinces of Pakistan.
• Delivery Window: Lahore (1-2 days), Major Cities (2-3 days), Regional Districts (2-4 working days).

5. Open Parcel Policy

To guarantee total peace of mind, customers are explicitly allowed to open and inspect the parcel before paying Cash on Delivery (COD) to verify bottle integrity, correct scent variation, and spray nozzle condition in the presence of the courier rider.

6. 5-Day Return & Exchange Guarantee

We stand behind every bottle with our 5-Day Return & Exchange Guarantee. If your perfume arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, notify our WhatsApp support team (+92 313 4454899) within 5 days of delivery with your Order Tracking ID for an immediate replacement or swift refund.
